- Over ยฃ50 value – ยฃ13.95
- Over ยฃ100 value – ยฃ15.95

DELIVERY
Please allow up to 28 days during peak periods although we always endeavour to despatch more promptly.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
PRICES
All prices will remain the same until a new brochure is issued. The prices shown are only valid for orders placed on the website. If you wish to order by another method we will let you know the price you will be required to pay.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We hold large stocks of most varieties and do not normally substitute. Should we have difficulty in supplying a variety of your choice, we will, whenever possible, contact you for your advice. Your telephone number is helpful in this respect. Should circumstances make prompt dispatch preferable, we will substitute a similar variety of equal or greater value unless advised to the contrary. If you prefer not to accept a substitute, please mark this clearly on your order form (this has a section for you to fill in). May we add that the substitution of a fruiting plant from our nursery is very rare indeed. If you do not wish to keep a substituted plant we will pay for its return.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail, fax or write to us as it must be in writing. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days of receiving them. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We recommend that you return the goods adequately insured and using a registered service. As these are perishable goods we must reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund if the goods are received damaged or in poor condition.
Due to the size of some orders you may experience difficulty in finding a suitable return courier. If this is the case please contact us and we can arrange to collect the items from you. You will be required to pay for the cost of this.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
COMPLAINTS & GUARANTEE
If goods prove to be faulty or do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we will offer a suitable remedy.
We guarantee all stock to grow during the first growing season. Replacement will be made as soon as possible, or a refund if preferable, at our discretion, provided we are satisfied the stock has been treated well.
Thereafter we guarantee all stock as true to name.
ADVICE SERVICE
We are pleased to advise and help whenever we can. Please remember that there may be a delay in reply. Most letters are answered within 14 days and we often answer 500 queries in a week. As you can imagine, at times of peak demand this can โsnowballโ. A s.a.e. is very helpful.
